The system for preparing the soil conditioner comprises a plant fiber crushing device which is provided with a plant fiber raw material inlet, an additive inlet and a mixed powder outlet; the plant fiber loading device is provided with a mixed powder inlet, a loading solution inlet, a pH adjusting solution inlet and aloading reaction mixture outlet, and the mixed powder inlet is connected with the mixed powder outlet; the drying device is provided with a load reaction mixture inlet, a gas outlet and a dried product outlet, and the load reaction mixture inlet is connected with the load reaction mixture outlet; the granulating device is provided with a dried product inlet and a formed particle outlet; and a moisture content sensor connected with the drying device is arranged at the dried product inlet.
