The current limiter also comprises a coupling inductor which comprises an inductance winding L1 and an inductance winding L2 which have a mutual inductance effect; the inductance winding L2 is connected in series with a capacitor C and then is connected between the port 1 and the port 2; the dotted terminal of the inductance winding L2 is connected with the port 1, the synonym terminal is connected with one end of the capacitor C, and the other end of the capacitor C is connected with the port 2; the inductance winding L1 is connected in series with a current-limiting resistor R and then connected in parallel to two ends of the thyristor T1; the synonym end of the inductance winding L1 is connected with the anode of the thyristor T1, the dotted end of the inductance winding L1 is connected with one end of the current-limiting resistor, and the other end of the current-limiting resistor is connected to the cathode of the thyristor T1.
