Abstract

A channel for a plate blank to pass through is defined as a plate blank channel,and the induction heating system comprises a first induction heating unit and a second induction heating unit which are alternately arranged in the running direction of the plate blank at intervals. The first induction heating unit comprises K1 first inductors used for generating a transverse magnetic field with the magnetic field direction perpendicular to the surface of the plate blank, and therefore the plate blank located on the plate blank channel is heated. The second induction heating unit comprises K2 second inductors used for generating a longitudinal magnetic field with the magneticfield direction parallel to the surface of the plate blank, and therefore the plate blank located on the plate blank channel is heated. By the adoption of the heating system with the transverse magnets and the longitudinal magnets arranged alternately, the temperature deviation between the corners and the surface of the plate blank can be effectively reduced.
