The invention discloses an application of lentinan in prevention and treatment of fungal diseases of tea trees and belongs to the technical field of agriculture. According to the application of lentinan in prevention and treatment of fungal diseases of tea trees, the tea tree fungi refer to gloeosporium theae-sinensis and pestalotiopsis theae. The result of research on the activity of lentinan ininhibiting fungal pathogens of tea trees shows that lentinan has good bacteriostatic activity on two main fungal diseases, namely gloeosporium theae-sinensis and pestalotiopsis theae, of tea trees, and can be applied to prevention and treatment of fungal diseases of tea leaves. At present, tea tree fungal disease control is mainly based on chemical drugs, pathogenic bacteria drug resistance is easily caused due to long-term single use of similar drugs, meanwhile, chemical pesticide residues threaten food safety of human beings, and export of tea leaves is also restricted. The lentinan is a novel natural functional polysaccharide separated and extracted from lentinan sporocarp, is green and environment-friendly, does not cause pesticide residues while ensuring the quality of tea leaves, andhas great potential for preventing and treating fungal diseases of tea trees.
