Abstract

The invention discloses a four-terminal perovskite and crystalline silicon laminated assembly. The assembly comprises a plurality of perovskite cells and a plurality of crystalline silicon cells positioned below the perovskite cells, wherein each perovskite battery is provided with a positive electrode I and a negative electrode I. The positive electrodes I and the negative electrodes I of the plurality of perovskite cells are connected in series to form a perovskite cell pack. Each crystalline silicon cells is provided with a positive electrode II and a negative electrode II, and the positiveelectrodes II and the negative electrodes II of the plurality of crystalline silicon cells are connected in series to form a crystalline silicon cell pack. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the four-terminal perovskite and crystalline silicon laminated assembly.
