Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparation of an rGO solution; (2) preparation of an rGO-Endoglin aptamer conjugate solution; (3) preparation of an Ag NPs / rGO-Endoglin aptamer solution; and (4) synthesis of PEAG@AgNPs / rGO-Endoglin. According to the invention,the Ag NPs are transported to a tumor site in a targeted manner, so the uptake effect of tumor cells to nanoparticles is improved; by utilization of the biological toxicity of the Ag nanoparticles, the treatment effect on tumor is realized and successfully tested on mice; the silver nanometer targeting tumor treatment system can be applied to anti-tumor clinical tests of the human body in the nextstep; and a good method is provided for anti-tumor clinical use of the human body.
