The filling floating body is fixed to the periphery and bottom center of the water accumulation hopper. The multiple inclined plate telescopic devices are circumferentially evenly arranged at a top water inlet of the water accumulation hopper. The turbidity sensing device is arranged in the water accumulation hopper. The automatic on-off valve is arranged on the water outlet pipe. The turbidity sensing device is used for detecting the turbidity of water in the water accumulation hopper.
