The composite polymer solid electrolyte has both an organic matter substrate membrane and a universal polymer solid electrolyte, so that the flexibility and the interface elasticity of the composite polymer solid electrolyte are remarkably superior to those of a conventional ceramic electrolyte, an interface in good contact with an electrode is easy to form, and the problem of interface desorption caused by volume expansion and contraction of the electrode can be improved. Moreover, the interface modification layer can well inhibit the formation of negative electrode lithium dendrites, so that the stability of the battery is improved.
