Problems solved by technology

[0003] The present invention provides a steam generating system with fast heat exchange speed and the force of pushing up water that can increase with the increase of water level. The heat pipe obtains solar energy to heat air to form hot air for heating. Some steam generators heated by hot air have a slow heat exchange rate and have not realized the problem of using heat pipes to obtain solar energy

Abstract

The invention discloses a steam generating system for acquiring solar energy through a heat pipe with the inclination angle adjusted through buoyancy. The steam generating system comprises a steam generator and a solar heat pipe heating device. The steam generator comprises a heat exchanger stirring paddle located in a water storage tank, and the stirring paddle comprises a push plate. The upper end of the push plate is hinged to a horizontal sliding pipe through a shaft pin, and the lower end of the push plate is placed on a supporting rod. The distance between the portion, in contact with the push plate, of the supporting rod and the vertical plane passing through the axis of the shaft pin is increased along with the increase of the distance of the horizontal sliding pipe conveyed out bythe supporting rod. A solar heat reflecting heating device acquires solar energy through the heat pipe, and air is heated to form hot air to allow a heat exchanger to heat water in the water storagetank to form steam. The system has the advantages that the heat exchange speed is high, the force for pushing water upwards can be increased along with the increase of the water level, and the solar energy is acquired through the heat pipe, and the problem that an existing steam generator adopting hot air heating is low in heat exchange speed is solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of steam production, in particular to a steam generation system for obtaining solar energy by buoyancy-adjusting inclination angle heat pipes. Background technique [0002] In the prior art, the vertically arranged hot air steam generators basically use electric heaters or fuel combustion to generate heat to heat the water in the water storage tank for evaporation to form steam. In order to make full use of solar energy, it involves heating the air through solar energy, and then the hot air is input into the heat exchanger in the water storage tank through the pipeline, and the heat is transferred to the water storage tank when the hot air passes through the heat exchanger. The water is evaporated to form steam, and the air that releases heat flows back to the solar heater to be heated by solar energy, and so on. Since the hot air is heated by flow, if the heat is not exchanged in time, it will still flow a...
