The device comprises a gas pressurization power source, an air injection duct, an adjusting device and a detection device. The gas pressurization power source is located at an air inlet of the air duct; the air-cooled fuel cell stack is located in the middle section of the air duct; theperiphery of the air-cooled fuel cell stack is connected with the air duct in a sealed mode; all air in the air duct flows through a cathode flow channel of the air-cooled fuel cell stack; and the adjusting device and the detection device are arranged in the air duct. The working pressure of cathode air of the air-cooled fuel cell is increased through a turbocharging fan, so that the oxygen supplyconcentration and temperature of the cathode are increased. Through the temperature and humidity adjusting device, the temperature and humidity characteristics of supplied air are further improved, the galvanic pile can reliably work at the high altitude of 5000 to 10000 meters, and the application space of an electric unmanned aerial vehicle is greatly expanded.
