The automatic bottle opening device comprises a placing table, a rotating medicament tray rotationally arranged on the placing table, a cutting mechanism used for cutting ampoule bottle mouths and a breaking-off mechanism used for breaking off the ampoule bottle mouths; multiple clamping mechanisms used for clamping ampoule bottles are arranged on the periphery of the rotating medicament tray, and the ampoule bottles clamped by the clamping mechanisms rotate synchronously with the rotating medicament tray; the cutting mechanism comprises a tool wheel, a tool rest and a tool wheel drive component, the middle part of the tool rest is rotationally arranged on the placing table through a toolrest shaft, the tool wheel is located at the working end of the tool rest, the tool wheel drive component is located at the free end of the tool rest, and the drive component can drive the tool restto rotate around the tool rest shaft so as to adjust the position of the tool wheel; and the breaking-off mechanism comprises a breaking-off component, and the breaking-off component impacts a bottlehead of the cut ampoule bottle in the direction vertical to a notch of the cut ampoule bottle to break off the bottle head of the ampoule bottle.
