The adsorption-plasma catalytic regeneration device comprises a gas tank, a plasma discharge unit and an adsorption / catalyst unit. The plasma discharge unit comprises a plasma pulse power supply and a flat discharge structure. The adsorption / catalyst unit is arranged between the discharge electrodes and adopts a three-section design, namely a high-efficiency adsorption catalysis section, a buffer section and a medium-efficiency adsorption catalysis section.
