Embodiment 1

[0016] A method for improving biological desalination of barren saline-alkali land, comprising the following steps:

[0017] (1) In February of that year, farmyard manure was applied to the saline-alkali land, and the land was plowed and leveled. After leveling, the seeds of Suaeda salsa were irrigated, sowed, and then Bacillus licheniformis was sprayed; (3) Spray lichen liquid seeds on the surface soil layer; (4) Harvest the fresh and tender stems and leaves of Suaeda salsa in stages from May to August of that year, and harvest Suaeda salsa in late October; (5) plant S. Lupine; (6) Pick the flowers after the white lupine blooms from May to June of the following year, and harvest the stems and leaves as feed; (7) Deep plow and level the land after the white lupine is harvested, and plant before mid-July corn.

[0018] Further, step (7) applies farmyard manure, microbial fertilizer and superphosphate to the land before deep plowing and leveling. The microbial fertilizer inclu...

Embodiment 2

[0021] Embodiment 2 is basically the same as Embodiment 1, except that the thickness of the sand layer is 2 cm, and the thickness of the surface soil layer is 4 cm.

Embodiment 3

[0023] Embodiment 3 is basically the same as Embodiment 1, except that the pH of the phosphorus-deficient topsoil layer in step (2) is 7.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving barren saline-alkali land through biological desalination. The method includes the steps that (1) farmyard manure is applied to the saline-alkali land inFebruary of a year, the land is subjected to deep tillage and leveling, irrigating and sowing of Suaeda salsa seeds are carried out after leveling is carried out, and then Bacillus licheniformis is sprayed; (2) covering of a layer of a sandy soil layer is carried out, and then covering of a layer of phosphorus-deficient topsoil layer is carried out; (3) liquid seeds of lichen is sprayed on the topsoil layer; (4) the fresh and tender stems and leaves of Suaeda salsa are harvested in stages from May to August of the year, the Suaeda salsa is harvested in the last ten-day of October; (5) white lupins are planted in a spot-seeding mode after harvest of the Suaeda salsa; (6) the flowers of the white lupins are picked after blooming of the white lupins from May to June of a following year, andthe stems and leaves are harvested to be taken as feed; and (7) the land is subjected to deep tillage and leveling, and corn is planted before the middle ten-day of July. The Suaeda salsa is utilizedto absorb salt in the saline-alkali land, and meanwhile the sandy soil layer and the phosphorus-deficient topsoil layer are utilized to cultivate lichen and white lupins to produce acid secretions tobe finally used as a green manure for the improvement of the saline-alkali land. The method has potential market value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of improvement methods for saline-alkali land, in particular to an improvement method for biological desalination of barren saline-alkali land. Background technique [0002] The improvement methods of saline-alkali land include engineering improvement, biological improvement and chemical improvement, among which engineering improvement includes ditch drainage, replacement of alien soil, etc. Biological improvement includes the introduction and domestication of economically valuable halophytes and salt-tolerant plants on saline-alkali soil. Improvement includes applying humic acid fertilizer and microbial fertilizer on saline-alkali soil. Sometimes several improvement methods are used together to increase the improvement effect, but using the multi-layered nature of the soil in depth, planting different crops, and utilizing the absorption system and secretion system of different crops during the growth period to improv...
