Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a phase-change gypsum board. The method comprises the following steps: fully mixing calcined gypsum, a binder and a reinforcing agent to form dry powder;mixing a phase-change microcapsule stock solution, a water reducing agent and water to form a phase-change microcapsule solution; mixing a surfactant with water to form a wet material; fully mixing the dry powder, the phase-change microcapsule solution and the wet material to form slurry; and placing the slurry at the middle part of surface protection paper, and carrying out cutting and drying toform the phase-change gypsum board. The phase-change gypsum board comprises, on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the calcined gypsum, 20-80 parts by weight of the phase-change microcapsule stock solution, 0.5-2.5 parts by weight of the binder, 0.05-0.5 part by weight of the reinforcing agent, 0.05-1 part by weight of the water reducing agent, 0.05-1 part by weight of the surfactant, 65-90 parts by weight of the water and 2-10 parts by weight of the surface protection paper. The dosage of the water reducing agent is reduced by changing the adding sequence of the water reducing agent.
