Abstract

The invention discloses compounds with anti-diabetic activity in plumeria rubra, and a preparation method thereof, wherein the number of the compounds is four, the compound 1, 2 and 4 are new compounds, and respectively are a triterpenoid compound lup-20 (29)-en-3beta-(1-(2S-hydroxypropionate)-benzoic acid) (1), an iridoid compound beta-dihydroplumericin A (2), beta-dihydroplumericinic acid (3) and a pyrone compound tetrahydro-4S-hydroxy-6 beta-heptadecyl-2H-pyran-2-one (4), and the anti-diabetes effects of the plumeria rubra compounds 1-4 are further researched through a light absorption detection method experiment, wherein the results show that the inhibition effects of the compounds 1-4 on alpha-glucosaccharase is stronger than that of a positive control acarbose, especially the activity of the compound 1 is particularly outstanding, the inhibition effect of the compound 1 on PTP1B is stronger than that of positive control oleanolic acid, and the compound 1 has strong activity. A compound with a novel structure and anti-diabetic activity is found from plumeria rubra, and a foundation is laid for preparing a new anti-diabetic drug.
