Abstract

By addingZrW2O8 powder with a certain volume fraction on the basis of nickel-based self-fluxing alloy powder, the purpose of controlling the thermal expansion coefficient of composite cladding powder is achieved. The cladding alloy powder material is prepared from the following raw materials in volume fraction: (1) 70% of NiCrBSi powder and 30% of ZrW2O8 powder; (2) 60% of NiCrBSi powder and 40% of ZrW2O8powder; (3) 50% of NiCrBSi powder and 50% of ZrW2O8 powder; and (4) 40% of NiCrBSi powder and 60% of ZrW2O8 powder.
