Abstract

The invention discloses a comprehensive energy system optimal scheduling method considering a conditional risk value. The method comprises the following steps: modeling equipment of a comprehensive energy system; constructing a basic optimization scheduling model of the comprehensive energy system based on the energy concentrator, wherein the objective function of the model is the minimum cost; constructing a scene-based two-stage scheduling random optimization model; and finally, establishing a comprehensive energy system optimal scheduling model considering the conditional risk value. According to the method, the minimum risk cost can be used as a target function to prevent the system from improving the large operation cost to deal with the uncertainty of the comprehensive energy system,and the risk can be prevented from being avoided blindly by solving the marginal risk cost. According to the method, the risk can be well reduced, the concept of marginal risk cost is provided on thebasis of the risk coefficient, and guidance is provided for finding out a scheduling mode capable of reducing the conditional risk value to the maximum extent by increasing the unit scheduling cost and judging whether the system needs to avoid the risk or not.
