The kitchen garbage treatment and comprehensive utilization system comprises a kitchen garbage grinder, a kitchen garbage liquid collecting system, a solid-liquid separator, a solid packing machine, a sterilizer, an oil-water separator, a grease storage tank and a waste water storage tank. Firstly, the kitchen garbage is ground by the grinder; then, kitchen garbage liquid is input to the kitchen garbage liquid collecting system and then pumped into the solid-liquid separator for solid-liquid separation, so as to separate the kitchen garbage liquid into solid kitchen garbage and liquid kitchen garbage; the solid kitchen garbage is packaged and sterilized and then is secondarily processed to be used as a raw material for producing feed or organic fertilizers; and the liquid kitchen garbage is separated into grease and waste water through the oil-water separator, the grease is collected in the grease storage tank for recycling, and the waste water is discharged into a municipal sewage pipe network. The kitchen garbage treatment and comprehensive utilization system and the method thereof in the invention not only can eliminate the cost of packaging bags and pollution thereof but also reduce the transportation amount of kitchen garbage by 70-90%; and at present, the comprehensive recycling of kitchen garbage resources can be realized, and the environmental pollution caused by untimely garbage transportation and the plastic pollution caused by kitchen garbage packaging can further be eliminated.
