Abstract
The invention discloses a method for increasing the contents of effective components including polysaccharides and total flavonoids in astragalus mongholicus. The method is realized by applying indoleacetic acid and/or paclobutrazol. Specifically, the highest astragalus polysaccharide content is obtained when 400 mg/L of paclobutrazol is applied, and the content of astragalus root polysaccharide is in an ascending trend when the application amount of indoleacetic acid is in a range of 100 mg/L to 200 mg/L, is in a descending trend the application amount of indoleacetic acid is in a range of 200 mg/L to 400 mg/L, and is the highest when the application amount of indoleacetic acid is 200 mg/L; the highest flavonoid content is obtained when 400 mg/L of paclobutrazol is applied; and in treatment with an indoleacetic acid growth regulator, the flavonoid content is in an ascending trend when the application amount of the indoleacetic acid growth regulator is in a range of 100 mg/L to 200 mg/L, is in a descending trend when the application amount of the indoleacetic acid growth regulator is in a range of 200 mg/L to 400 mg/L, and reaches the maximum value when the application amount of the indoleacetic acid growth regulator is 200 mg/L. The invention provides a novel method for increasing the contents of effective components including polysaccharides and total flavonoids in astragalusmongholicus, and the method has a promoting effect on the yield of astragalus mongholicus.
