The cross-linked polyethylene power cable terminal connector comprises an outer insulatingsleeve, a stress control body, an inner filling insulating agent, an upper sealing unit, a lower sealing unit and a supporting insulator; the upper sealing unit comprises an electric wire outlet rod,an upper sealing flange, a metal pressure plate, a metal locking ring, a rubber sealing ring and a metal pressure equalizing cover; the lower sealing unit comprises a lower supporting flange, a metalsealing sleeve, a rubber sealing ring, a rubber sealing piece, a lower sealing pressure plate and a grounding tail pipe; the stress control body is formed by welding an insulating layer and a semi-conductive layer, the semi-conductive layer is a trumpet-shaped partially-crosslinked stress cone prefabricated from a semi-conductive shielding material which is the same as that of a cable in a factory, and the partially-crosslinked stress cone designs arcs with different sizes according to electric field intensities of different voltage classes and combines the arcs with straight line segments toform a stress cone curve; the manufactured partial cross-linked stress cone is a later-period stress control body insulating layer and is combined with the later-period stress control body insulatinglayer in a fusion grafting cross-linking mode to form an integrated fusion welding structure, and interface air gap discharge is avoided.
