Abstract

The invention discloses an oral implant with a superparamagnetic nano-coating and a preparation method thereof. The oral implant with the superparamagnetic nano-coating takes a pure titanium oral implant as a matrix, and superparamagnetic nanoparticles (gamma-Fe2O3) are assembled on the surface of the oral implant with the superparamagnetic nano-coating. The oral implant is made of pure titanium,a thick oxide film is formed through micro-arc oxidation, and the oxide film has a porous surface form and corrosion resistance; and the superparamagnetic nanoparticles (gamma-Fe2O3) are compounded tothe oxide film layer on the surface of the pure titanium through a sol method. After the titanium is subjected to micro-arc oxidation treatment, the titanium dioxide film layer with a porous structure can be formed; the porous structure is similar to the structure of a bone trabecula, so the repair of bone trauma is benefited; the superparamagnetic nano-coating is a coating of the superparamagnetic nanoparticles (gamma-Fe2O3), has an electromagnetic effect and other indirect effects under the action of an external specific magnetic field, can play a role in promoting differentiation of dentalpulp stem cells in the osteogenesis direction, and improves the success rate of implant implantation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of medical materials, and in particular relates to a superparamagnetic nano-coated oral implant and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] At present, the use of oral implants for the restoration of dentition defects or missing patients has been widely recognized. Under normal circumstances, after implants are implanted in the mouth, they should not only have good compatibility, but also need to be well formed with the surrounding jaw tissue bone surface. Clinically, there are many common reasons for implant failure, including too low rotational torque, improper implant selection, immediate load-bearing, type III and IV bone in the entry area, and implant biogenesis caused by patients smoking or other basic diseases such as diabetes. The activity is not enough, and the osseointegration ability in the organism is weak. The occurrence of implant failure is mostly a chronic process. In order to imp...
