Abstract

The invention discloses a permanent magnet synchronous motor high-performance control method based on speed sensorless. The method comprises the following steps: 1) designing and simulating a PMSM vector control system based on DSP modularization in software; 2) establishing a PMSM vector control system hardware circuit based on DSP modularization, and establishing two-way communication between the hardware circuit and an upper computer; 3) adding an extended state observer into a speed loop controller of the upper computer, controlling the rotating speed of the motor by adopting an active disturbance rejection control strategy, and filtering a speed signal by adopting a differential tracking filter before the extended state observer acquires the speed signal; and 4) introducing the speedloop controller in the step 3) into the PMSM vector control system hardware circuit built in the step 2) to control the PMSM, and replacing a traditional IIR filter with a differential tracking filterto solve the problem of noise, thereby improving the speed regulation performance of the motor.
