Abstract

The invention discloses an accurate dosing method for tap water treatment. The accurate dosing method comprises the following steps: data preprocessing: performing 0 value, null value and abnormal value processing; through correlation analysis, analyzing a relation between water inlet indexes including water inlet flow, water inlet turbidity, water inlet PH, dosing amount and water outlet turbidity; constructing a linear regression equation of daily average inflow turbidity and daily average dosage; constructing an effluent turbidity prediction model by utilizing a system dynamic equation algorithm; determining dosing effluent turbidity lag time by using a K-L information method; searching an approximate sample in the historical samples according to a Manhattan distance algorithm, and carrying out approximate optimal solution analysis on the dosing amount; and using a simulated annealing algorithm to analyze the optimal solution of the dosing amount optimization. The invention is highin practicability, accurate dosing control in the tap water production process is achieved, economic losses caused by manual saturated dosing are effectively avoided under the condition that the effluent quality is guaranteed, and the device is of great significance.
