Embodiment 1

[0020] Embodiment 1 QRS point detection method of ECG signal

[0021] The present invention will be further described below in combination with specific embodiments.

[0022] A specific example is the MIT-BIH Arrhythmia Database. The data and instructions for using the database are publicly available at the industry-recognized physiionet.org website. The database contains 48 two-channel Holter signals. Excerpts from 47 subjects studied between 1975 and 1979 by the BIH Arrhythmia Laboratory. The sampling frequency of each channel of ECG in the database is 360HZ, digitized with 11-bit resolution in the range of 10 mV, and the length of each signal is 650,000 sampling points. Each recording was independently annotated by two or more cardiologists; to obtain reference QRS points for each beat contained in the database (approximately 110,000 in total). In this experiment, only the ECG signal of the first channel of the two channels is used, and only normal beats, left bundle br...

Abstract

The invention discloses a QRS point detection method for electrocardiosignals. The method comprises the following steps: 1) denoising an original electrocardiosignal; 2) generating over-detected QRS points; 3) removing non-QRS points in the over-detected QRS points; and 4) acquiring accurate QRS point coordinates. According to the invention, only the electrocardiosignal of a first channel in two channels is used, and only 100717 QRS points of normal pulsation, left bundle branch conduction block, right bundle branch conduction block, abnormal atrial premature beat, ventricular premature beat, ventricular fusion heartbeat, junctional premature beat, atrial premature beat, supraventricular premature beat or abnormality, ventricular escape, junctional escape, paced heartbeat and unclassifiedheartbeat types are used as reference QRS points. The method is realized through a software system working on a computer and a known Matlab simulation environment in the industry. The method has the advantage that the problem that due to noise interference, QRS wave recognition precision of large-data-volume electrocardiosignals is low is solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical signal processing, in particular to a method for detecting QRS points of electrocardiographic signals. Background technique [0002] ECG signal is one of the earliest and most familiar physiological signals used by people. It has important applications in heart function detection, cardiovascular disease prevention and diagnosis, etc. The QRS wave is one of the most prominent features of the ECG signal, and its accurate real-time prediction directly affects the accuracy of heart disease detection and diagnosis. The QRS wave reflects the changes in the depolarization potential and time of the left and right ventricles, and it has an extremely important reference value for the prediction of ventricular premature beats, ventricular hypertrophy, acute myocardial infarction and other diseases. Not only that, the accurate detection of QRS wave also has a very important reference function for the detecti...
