Abstract

The 3D printing powder disclosed by the invention is prepared by the following method: dissolving resins of a polyamide new material, a polyamide waste material and a polyamide recycled material in a compound solvent system taking phenol / methylbenzene as a main component; and decolorizing (the step required for treating polyamide waste), filtering and purifying to obtain a polyamide clarified solution, adding an antioxidant which can be dissolved in the compound solvent into the polyamide clarified solution to fully dissolve the antioxidant, and finally spraying the solution into deionized water by a spraying method to obtain the 3D printing powder with regular particles, uniform particle size and good fluidity.
