The invention provides an FVF type LDO (
Low Dropout Regulator) circuit. In the FVF type LDO circuit, the positive input end of an
operational amplifier is coupled with a reference
voltage, the negative input end and the power supply end of the
operational amplifier are coupled with a circuit output
voltage, and in the FVF module, a power tube is coupled between the circuit input
voltage and the circuit output voltage. The control end of the source
electrode following
transistor is coupled with the output end of the
operational amplifier, the source end of the source
electrode following
transistor is coupled with the negative input end of the operational
amplifier, the control end of the power tube is a dominant pole, the voltage of the connection point of the power tube and the source
electrode following
transistor is the circuit output voltage, and the
current source is coupled between the dominant pole and the ground. Compared with the mode that power input voltage is adopted to supply power to the operational
amplifier, the direct influence of the power input voltage on the operational
amplifier can be shielded, improvement of DC
gain and
loop stability is facilitated, in addition, the
output impedance of the
branch where the FVF module is located is reasonably designed, and the
loop stability can be ensured within the wide load range.
