A fixing band is fixedly arranged on theelectronic tag; an element cavity is formed in the inner shell; a positioning module, a bidirectional marking module and a real-time monitoring system are respectively arranged in the element cavity;a power supply assembly is installed at the lower end of the element cavity, the power supply assembly and the inner shell are fixed through screws, three solar photovoltaic panels are installed at the front end of the electronic tag, the solar photovoltaic panels are fixedly connected with the outer shell, and the response speed to the personnel state is increased in an active monitoring mode.
