Abstract

The invention relates to a method for installing a semen freezing fine tube into a finger-shaped tube, which comprises the following specific steps of: (1) assembling a tubing tool, namely preparing afoam box and a plastic cup, and installing the plastic cup into the foam box with the opening of the plastic cup facing upwards, pouring liquid nitrogen into an assembled tubing device, and ensuringthat the quantity of the liquid nitrogen at least covers the opening of the plastic cup; (2) putting semen freezing fine tubes into the liquid nitrogen, namely putting semen freezing fine tubes frozenby a programmed freezing instrument or a fumigation method into the plastic cup filled with the liquid nitrogen, and enabling the tampon ends of the semen freezing fine tubes to face upward; and (3)loading the semen freezing fine tubes into a finger-shaped tube, namely clamping the finger-shaped tubes by using long tweezers, and slowly immersing the finger-shaped tubes into the liquid nitrogen,so as to enable the finger-shaped tubes to be completely immersed into the plastic cup filled with the semen freezing fine tubes in the liquid nitrogen; and lifting the semen freezing fine tubes one by one by using long tweezers and putting the semen freezing fine tubes into the finger-shaped tube with the tampon ends facing upwards. The method disclosed by the invention is a vertical tubing method, the tubing efficiency can be improved under the condition of not influencing the quality of frozen semen, safety accidents such as hand frostbite and the like are prevented, and the loss of liquidnitrogen is reduced.
