The system comprises a chimney, and is characterized in that the chimney is partitioned by a chimney partition plate, and a plurality of windows are formed in the upper part and the lower part of the chimney respectively; a plurality of air cooling condensers are symmetrically arranged on the periphery of the chimney, the air cooling condensers are provided with flue gas leading-out connectors in butt joint with the lower windows and flue gas returning connectors in butt jointwith the upper windows, tangential rotational flow guide plates are installed at the outlet ends of the flue gas returning connectors, finned tubes are arranged in the air cooling condensers, and fluegas flows in the finned tubes; and fans are arranged on the upper portions of the air cooling condensers, outlets in the upper portions of the fans are connected with a warm air chamber, and a warm air cylinder is arranged on the upper portion of the warm air chamber.
