Abstract

The invention discloses a full-integration full-duplex transceiver based on an active quasi-circulator and self-interference cancellation. A baseband signal is divided into two paths after passing through a quadrature up-conversion mixer, one path is connected with an antenna through a power amplifier and the active quasi-circulator, and the other path enters a receiver through a quadrature voltage-controlled transconductance amplifier. The active quasi-circulator is connected with a controller through a comparator circuit after underclocking signals leaked by the active quasi-circulator through a low-noise amplifier and a down-conversion mixer, and the active quasi-circulator is conducted only in two directions of output from a transmitter to an antenna and input from the antenna to a receiver. The received leakage signal is subtracted from the input end of the receiver to counteract the interference signal; and amplitudes I and Q of the required orthogonal composite vectors are calculated by adopting a gradient descent algorithm to realize self-interference cancellation. The full-integration full-duplex transceiver has the highest radio frequency domain self-interference cancellation ratio, has the maximum working bandwidth at present, is suitable for a 5G wireless communication system, and is particularly suitable for short-distance Bluetooth communication.
