The heat pump unit comprises an evaporator, a humidifier, and an indoor water heat exchanger which are installed indoors; the evaporator is connected with an efficient tank through an electronic expansion valve; the efficient tank is connected with a compressor and the air return end of the evaporator through a four-way valve; the water inlet end of the efficient tank is connected with a water tank through a water pump; the water outlet end of the efficient tank is in parallel connection with an outdoor two-way electromagnetic valve and an indoor two-way electromagnetic valve; the outlet end of the outdoor two-way electromagnetic valve is connected with a port O of an outdoor three-way valve; thewater outlet end of the indoor two-way electromagnetic valve is connected with the water inlet end of the indoor water heat exchanger; the water outlet end of the indoor water heat exchanger is in parallel connection with a first water return electromagnetic valve and a second water return electromagnetic valve; the first water return electromagnetic valve is connected with the water tank; and thesecond water return electromagnetic valve is connected with the water inlet pipe of the water pump.
