Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlling system for a refrigerator for pickles in which an aging temperature is set in a temperature range most closing to the natural environment, and a loading actuation is controlled by selecting aging time depending on the kinds and taste of the pickles in the above temperature range, and to provide a controlling method for the controlling system. SOLUTION: A temperature-sensoring port 4 for receiving a signal from the temperature sensor measuring the temperature of the inside of a refrigerator, a key input port 5 for imputing the kinds of pickles, taste, etc., and the like are connected to an input port of a microcomputer 1. Further, a memory port 12 for determining variable aging time depending on the kinds of the pickles and the like is placed inside the microcomputer 1. Furthermore, a load- controlling port 7 for driving and controlling a heater and a compressor which constructs a coolant cycle, a heater-driving port 8 which is linked to the load controlling port 7 and drives separately the heater and the compressor each depending on the input signal, the driving port 9 for the compressor and the like are connected to an output port of the microcomputer 1.
