Abstract

The invention discloses a polymer film conformation transition temperature detection method and system. The method comprises the following steps: measuring a terahertz time-domain spectral signal of atemperature control sample pool; selecting a temperature point according to a first preset interval in the temperature rise range of the temperature control sample pool to measure a first terahertz time-domain spectral signal of the thin film sample; determining the turning temperature of the film sample according to the terahertz time-domain spectral signal of the temperature control sample pooland the first terahertz time-domain spectral signal; selecting a temperature point according to a second preset interval within a preset temperature range of the transition temperature to measure a second terahertz time-domain spectral signal of the thin film sample; and determining the conformational transformation temperature of the film sample according to the terahertz time-domain spectral signal of the temperature control sample cell and the second terahertz time-domain spectral signal.
