The modified recycled polyethylene plasticcomprises a plastic base material, a modified reinforcing and toughening additive and a processing aid, wherein the plastic base material comprises HDPE waste plastic, LDPE waste plastic, LLDPE wasteplastic and ethylene copolymer waste plastic; the modified reinforcing and toughening additive comprises a silane compound, maleic anhydride, a grafting initiator, a dehydration catalyst and an antioxidant; and the processing aid comprises a rigid filler, an internal lubricant and an external lubricant.
