Abstract

The method comprises the steps that a regeneration temperature change rate limiter calculates atemperature instruction value; a feedforward controller calculates a feedforward control instruction according to the tail gas temperature, the environment temperature and the air mass flow; a closed-loop PID controller calculates a feedback control instruction; an electromagnetic pump frequency calculation module calculates an electromagnetic pump driving frequency value according to a calculation value obtained by adding the feedback control instruction and the feedforward control instruction; and a high-temperature protection module performs high-temperature protection control according toactual carrier front and back temperatures. The method is used for accurately controlling the DPF fuel oil injection amount of a combustor, real-time closed-loop control is conducted on the temperature of a DOC carrier and the temperature of a DPF carrier, when the temperature of the DPF carrier changes, the fuel oil injection amount can be increased or decreased in time, and safety protection isconducted on the over-temperature condition of the DPF carrier.
