The invention aims to provide a piezoelectric- electromagnetic sound energy power generation device which comprises a sound power generation module, the sound power generation module comprises a conical sound receiver, a Helmholtz resonator, a cantilever beam and a permanent magnet, the opening end of the conical sound receiver faces the environment, and the Helmholtz resonator comprises a neck and a cavity which are communicated with each other. A small opening is formed in the tail end of the conical sound receiver and connected with the neck of the Helmholtz resonator, a first piezoelectricfilm is installed in a cavity of the Helmholtz resonator, a cantilever beam is connected to the lower portion of the Helmholtz resonator, the cantilever beam comprises a vertical part and a horizontal part which are connected, a second piezoelectric film is installed on the horizontal part, and a permanent magnet is arranged at the end of the horizontal part. A power generation coil is arranged outside the permanent magnet. Generation of electric energy is composed of three parts, the efficiency of converting sound energy into electric energy is improved, the power generation efficiency of asingle device can reach 0.4 W, and the power generation efficiency is improved compared with the power generation efficiency of a single sound power generation technology.
