Abstract

The invention provides an inter-satellite link scheduling method and system for a Beidou navigation satellite system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring orbit parameters of each satellite in a Beidou navigation satellite set, a total scheduling period, a superframe duration and a time slot length contained in each superframe; constructing an inter-satellite link scheduling model of the Beidou navigation satellite system; solving the scheduling model; and outputting a scheduling scheme. According to the characteristics that an inter-satellite link presents a time-varying network along with the change of a time slot, the inter-satellite link which is a time-varying dynamic network can be described intuitively by constructing an inter-satellite link scheduling model, so thatthe scheduling solution of the inter-satellite link becomes possible; to solve the optimization problem that inter-satellite link scheduling is large-scale and long-time consumption, the invention provides an adaptive cultural gene algorithm, which overcomes the problems that the traditional local search algorithm is easy to fall into a local optimal solution, the cultural gene algorithm is high in time complexity, the constraint optimization effect is poor and the like.
