Abstract

The invention discloses a radar measurement material three-dimensional material level sensor system with a phased-array antenna, which comprises a hardware component and a software component for controlling and adjusting the hardware component. The software component comprises a microcontroller; the hardware component comprises a receiving channel and a transmitting channel, the receiving channeland the transmitting channel are both in signal connection with a microcontroller, the receiving channel and the transmitting channel are connected with a phased array transceiving antenna through a high-speed electric control switch, and the phased array transceiving antenna comprises a plurality of channels. Each channel comprises an electric control phase shifter, an amplifier (attenuator) in signal connection with the electric control phase shifter and an antenna unit in signal connection with the amplifier (attenuator). According to the invention, the phased array antenna technology is utilized, and the single-emission and single-reception frequency modulation continuous wave radar systems are combined to realize the measurement of the three-dimensional material level of the material.
