Abstract

The invention provides a circulating flow drying bin which comprises a roller bin, a discharging device and a feeding device. The discharging device is installed on an outlet of the roller bin, and the feeding device is installed on an inlet of the roller bin. A heat-conducting medium in the roller bin is pumped and discharged by a fan of the discharging device, and the heat-conducting medium performs circulating heat and mass transfer on materials in the roller bin. The retention drying time of the heat-conducting medium in the roller bin is prolonged, the heat-conducting medium circularly entering the roller bin through an air guide pipe reduces 20-38% of the total air inlet amount of the heat-conducting medium heated by a heating device, and the effective utilization rate of heat energy carried by the heat-conducting medium is greatly improved. Due to uneven conical air holes in a filter section pipe body of the air guide pipe of the feeding device, the adhesion area of dust is reduced, the adhesion force of the dust on the air holes is weakened, the dust on the air holes is rubbed, moved and taken away by materials, and the dust removal effect on the air holes of a filter section is achieved.
