Abstract

The invention belongs to the application field of industries such as tires and products, and relates to a detection method for predicting entanglement density of a synthetic rubber chain by using a rubber processing analyzer (RPA2000). According to the invention, the method comprises the following steps: 1) determining the values of tan delta and dynamic shear modulus G' of a synthetic rubber sample by using an RPA rubber processing analyzer; and (2) calculating the dynamic shear modulus G' obtained by testing by using the following formula to obtain the chain entanglement density Ve: Ve = G' / 3RT, R is a molar gas constant and is 8.314 J / (K * mol), and T is the temperature when the tan delta of the rubber material is the minimum value within a certain range. The detection method disclosed by the invention is high in reproducibility and accurate in judgment.
