Abstract

The invention relates to the field of HPPO process wastewater treatment, and discloses a method for treating epoxypropane wastewater. The method comprises the following steps: (1) introducing organic wastewater into an alcohol concentration tower, concentrating, extracting a part of tower kettle liquid of the alcohol concentration tower as alcohol organic matter concentrated liquor, and introducing at least part of the tower kettle liquid into an alcohol concentration tower reboiler for cyclic heating; (2) pressurizing and compressing the overhead gas of the alcohol concentration tower to obtain a mixture I, introducing the mixture I as a heat source into the alcohol concentration tower reboiler, and carrying out heat exchange to obtain a mixture II; and (3) circulating a part of the mixture II back to the alcohol concentration tower, and carrying out rectification separation. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the alcohol organic matters can be recycled from the epoxypropane wastewater with low energy consumption by adopting an optimized thermal coupling mode.
