The method comprises the following steps: data acquisition; generating a live-action terrain model around the position where the project is located in OpenRoads ConceptStation software; constructing a three-dimensional road model in OpenRoads ConceptStation software according to a live-action terrain model and a traffic guidance and modification map, and preliminarily designing parameters; importing the generated three-dimensional road model and the collected data into VISSIM software, and carrying out microscopic traffic simulation; and guiding the model generated by the VISSIM software back to the OpenRoads ConceptStation software, and carrying out traffic guidance and modification simulation. According to the method, the relationship among people, vehicles, roads and environments can be better reflected on the basis of a traditional microscopic simulation technology, and optimization and decision making of a traffic guide and change scheme are facilitated.
