At least one insulating layer is arranged between the impurity absorption layer and the active layer; and the atomic ratio of the silicon element to the nitrogen element in the impurity absorption layer is 1:5-1:35. By arranging the impurity absorption layer, the display substrate is effectively prevented from generating a large number of bright spots, the yield is increased, and the display effect is improved.
