Abstract
The invention discloses a planting method for increasing selenium content of wild peaches by using a tartary buckwheat water extract and belongs to the technical field of agriculture. A tartary buckwheat water extract is applied in a growth process of wild peaches, such that the selenium content in wild peach seedlings is greatly increased. The application of the tartary buckwheat water extracts with different concentrations can promote growth and development of wild peach seedlings and improve the selenium content of root systems and overground parts of the wild peach seedlings. When the concentration of the tartary buckwheat water extract is 300 mL / g, the selenium content of the overground parts of the wild peaches is increased most obviously; and when the concentration of the tartary buckwheat water extract is 200 mL / g, the selenium content of the root systems of the wild peaches is increased most obviously. The method for increasing the selenium content of wild peaches has low cost, is simple and convenient, provides a new thought for industrial production of selenium-rich wild peaches, and has huge commercial potential and application value.
