Abstract

When the concentration of the tartary buckwheat water extract is 300 mL/g, the selenium content of the overground parts of the wild peaches is increased most obviously; and when the concentration of the tartary buckwheat water extract is 200 mL/g, the selenium content of the root systems of the wild peaches is increased most obviously. The method for increasing the selenium content of wild peaches has low cost, is simple and convenient, provides a new thought for industrial production of selenium-rich wild peaches, and has huge commercial potential and application value.
