The device comprises an open container used for containing an alkali liquor eluting agent; a purifier which is arranged in the open container, wherein an air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the side wall of the purifier, an exhaust port is arranged above the air inlet; a water condensing mechanism which is connected with the exhaust port and is used for condensing the purified waste gas; a filler layer which is arranged in the purifier and is positioned between the air inlet and the air outlet; a spray thrower which is arranged in the purifier; and a power water pump which is connected with the spray thrower through a pipeline and is used for conveying the alkali liquor eluting agent to the spray thrower. Compared with the prior art, purified waste gas can be condensed, liquid water in the waste gas is prevented from being discharged into the atmosphere, and the pollution degree is reduced.
