An air blower in the compartment ensures ventilation of the compartment, and ambient air flow is controlled by a recirculation valve; the evaporator absorbs heat in the vehicle, and the heat is dissipated to the external environment through the condenser; the compressor keeps the refrigerant flowing between the evaporator and the condenser; and the regenerative braking energy is used for driving a vehicle-mounted air conditioner and charging a battery.
