Abstract

A winding of the planar inductor comprises a first coil and a second coil, and the first coil adopts an integer turn coil; the second coil is a single-layer coil and comprises n arc section wires which are not communicated and form a circle; n arc section wires in the second coil are connected in parallel and then are connected in series with the first coil, the current direction of each arc section wire in the second coil is the same as the current direction in the first coil after conduction, the current magnitude of each arc section wire in the second coil is 1 / n of the current magnitude in the first coil, and the magnetic flux generated in the second coil is 1 / n of that of one turn of coil in the first coil. The fractional-turn coil structure is obtained in a shunting mode, the inductor design precision can be improved, winding loss is reduced, the power density of the converter is improved, and errors caused by rounding in a traditional method are reduced.
