Embodiment 1

[0121] 29.5% by mass of polypropylene resin (B), 68.6% by mass of fibrous basic magnesium sulfate particles (C-1), and 1.9% by mass of magnesium stearate (D) were mixed, and the resulting mixture was melt-kneaded at 180°C 2 minutes. For the melt kneading, a melt kneading extruder Labo Plastomill Roller Mixer (R60 type, capacity 60 cc, manufactured by Toyo Seiki Co., Ltd.) was used, and the rotational speed of the shaft was 120 rpm. The resulting melt-kneaded product was formed into a sheet by hot pressing (at a temperature of 200° C.), and then cut to obtain masterbatch pellets.

[0122] 21% by mass of the masterbatch pellets, 76% by mass of the polycarbonate resin (A) and 3% by mass of the elastomer (E) were mixed. Thereafter, the polycarbonate resin composition of Example 1 was obtained by melt-kneading at 250° C. and 50 rpm using a twin-screw melt-kneading extruder (L / D=25, manufactured by Imoto Seisakusho Co., Ltd.).

Embodiment 2

[0124] The polycarbonate resin composition of Example 2 was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the ratio of the polycarbonate resin (A) was changed to 73.9% by mass and the ratio of the elastomer (E) was changed to 5.1% by mass. .

Embodiment 3

[0126] 27.5% by mass of polypropylene resin (B), 64.2% by mass of fibrous basic magnesium sulfate particles (C-1), 1.7% by mass of magnesium stearate (D) and 6.6% by mass of elastomer (E), other than Masterbatch pellets were obtained in the same manner as in Example 1.

[0127] The polycarbonate resin composition of Example 3 was obtained like Example 1 except having used 22.9 mass % of said masterbatch pellets, and 73.9 mass % of polycarbonate resin (A).

Abstract

The polycarbonate resin composition according to the present invention contains (A) 50-90 mass% of a polycarbonate resin, (B) 2.0-20 mass% of an olefin polymer, (C) 5-40 mass% of a basic magnesium sulfate selected from a fibrous basic magnesium sulfate (C-1) and a folding fan-like basic magnesium sulfate (C-2), (D) 0.1-8 mass% of at least one selected from fatty acid metal salts and fatty acids, and (E) 1-20 mass% of an elastomer.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a polycarbonate resin composition, a method for producing the same, a masterbatch pellet, and a molded body. Background technique [0002] Polycarbonate resin has excellent mechanical properties and thermal properties, and thus is widely used in various fields such as the field of OA equipment, the field of electrical and electronic equipment, and the field of automobiles. However, polycarbonate resins have poor processability due to their high melt viscosity, and are poor in chemical resistance because they are amorphous resins. Therefore, in order to improve the chemical resistance of a polycarbonate resin, it is known to add a polyolefin resin to a polycarbonate resin. In order to improve the compatibility between the two materials having different properties and to impart practical mechanical properties, many resin compositions to which compatibilizers such as elastomers or fillers have been added have been propose...
