Abstract

The invention provides a biomacromolecule detection method and device based on nano-particles. The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: acquiring a scattering original image corresponding to a to-be-detected biomacromolecule combined with each nano-particle on a nano-substrate; drawing an initial polarization parameter map according to light intensity change information of each pixel point in the scattering original map; performing noise reduction processing on the initial polarization parameter atlas to obtain a polarization parameter atlas to be compared; comparing the polarization parameter atlas to be compared with polarization parameter atlas in a preset database to obtain a target polarization parameter atlas consistent with the polarization parameter atlas to be compared; and according to the target polarization parameter atlas, the number of the biomacromolecules and the contrast relation between the connection positions and the polarization parameter atlas, determining the number of the biomacromolecules corresponding to each nanoparticle, and determining the number of the biomacromolecules to be detected. The method can be used for rapidly detecting low-concentration biomacromolecules.
