Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: outputting visible light and laser through the endoscope to irradiate parathyroid glands, generating near-infrared fluorescence, and reflecting the near-infrared fluorescence together with the visible light and the laser into an endoscope probe; separating the visible light, the near-infrared fluorescence and the laser input by the endoscope probe; acquiring and obtaining a parathyroid gland color image, a near-infrared fluorescence image and laser speckles; performing decorrelation processing to obtain a decorrelated speckle pattern; and acquiring an image which is fused by the near-infrared fluorescence image and the color image and an image which is fused by the decorrelated speckle image and the color image in virtue of a fusion registration technology.
